Job Summary

We’re looking for a Machine Operator to help set up and run CNC and conventional machines to produce quality parts that meet production specs. This is hands‑on shop work—running machines, checking parts, and making sure the job gets done safely and the right way.

You’ll work under the direction of a supervisor and be expected to handle your set‑up, quality checks, and daily tasks with consistency and attention to detail.

Shift Details

Shift: 2nd, Monday‑Friday 3:00 PM‑11:30 PM. Employees on 2nd Shift are eligible for a shift differential of $1–$3 per hour, based on the assigned workdays.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines
  • Load programs and make simple edits as needed
  • Set up machines, fixtures, and tools
  • Inspect and measure parts to ensure specs are met
  • Blend surfaces or remove excess material using hand tools or machines
  • Modify parts as required by production specs
  • Follow assembly and production requirements for new parts
  • Use production tracking systems
  • Maintain 5S standards in your work area
  • Keep safety and housekeeping standards where they should be
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules
  • Work within the Quality Control Manual (QCM)
  • Be aware of ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) requirements

  • Help out with other shop tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Passing score on job‑related skills test
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable using handheld measuring tools
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Safety‑mindful and detail‑oriented
Compensation & Hours

This position may require work hours outside the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non‑exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.

Eligibility
