• Location: Carson City, NV
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

As an SMT Operator, you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality electronic assemblies. You’ll operate and monitor advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While prior experience is a plus, we provide training for candidates who demonstrate strong focus, curiosity, and commitment to excellence.

• Operate and maintain SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines
• Load components and monitor production runs for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure high-quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous manufacturing or SMT experience is a plus (but not required)
