Production Assembler – Plastic Static Mixers
This role focuses on the hands‑on assembly and production of plastic static mixers using both manual and semi‑automated processes. You will work in a structured environment where you follow established procedures, handle plastic components, and contribute directly to meeting production quotas while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities- Assemble plastic static mixers using manual methods and semi-automated or automated equipment.
- Handle, align, and fit plastic parts accurately, often working with small components by hand.
- Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Work in a timely and efficient manner to meet or exceed daily production quotas.
- Perform general production tasks, including preparing materials, organizing workstations, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Lift, move, and position materials and finished products, including performing heavy lifting as required.
- Inspect assembled products for defects or inconsistencies and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain attention to detail throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and operational procedures while working on the production floor.
- Hands-on production and assembly experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to assemble plastic parts using manual and semi-automated processes.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production quotas and timelines.
- Comfort working in a structured, repetitive task environment.
- Reliability and punctuality for an on‑site role in Mound House, NV.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in general production, manufacturing, or assembly environments.
- Experience working with automated or semi-automated production equipment.
- Comfort working with plastic components and understanding of basic production safety practices.
- Local residency within commuting distance of Mound House, NV, as this is an on‑site position.
- Interest in routine, process-driven work where consistency and precision are important.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
