• Assemble and build plastic static mixers using manual and semi‑automated processes.
• Perform light assembly of plastic parts, often by hand, and occasionally using semi‑automated or automated equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
• Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
• Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to help meet company objectives and customer expectations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to meet quality system objectives and enhance product consistency.
• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain efficient workflow.
• Handle and move materials, including lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs, as needed for production activities.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods, depending on task requirements and personal preference.
• Use manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination to assemble parts accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with team members to support coordination, quality, and safety compliance.

• Experience with production, general labor, assembly, or assembly line work.
• Ability to perform compounding and mixing tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting, including lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
