Job Summary

We’re looking for an Engineering Technician to support production, engineering, and quality on the shop floor. This role is a mix of hands‑on work, troubleshooting, and process improvement—you’ll be working directly with automation, EDM, and machining processes to keep things running and improve how we build parts.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Set up and calibrate machines and equipment
  • Run R&D trials and collect/analyze process data
  • Help design and build tooling, fixtures, and programs
  • Perform first article / first piece inspections
  • Develop and improve CNC machining programs
  • Troubleshoot process issues and support root cause + corrective actions
  • Support data collection and process improvements across production
  • Train operators on equipment and processes
  • Create and maintain work instructions, technique sheets, and specs
  • Support 5S and keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow the Quality Manual and all safety requirements
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
  • Work with integrity and follow company code of conduct
  • Show up reliably and support the team where needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 2‑year technical degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

    Able to work independently and with the team
  • Quick learner who can adapt in a fast‑moving production environment
Technical Skills
  • 3D CAD experience (NX preferred)
  • CAM programming (NX or Mastercam)
  • Solid understanding of GD&T
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
  • Experience with inspection software like PC‑DMIS or Geomagic (a plus)
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non‑exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
