• Learn, understand and follow company requirements for employee safety, product quality, efficiency and productivity.
• Be aware of potential workplace hazards and report them immediately to ensure safety of self and others.
• Ensure highest product quality and that products are manufactured per MPI or SMT instructions.
• Operate SMT machines, including machine adjustments and the ability to perform 1-3 tasks from feeder setup through SMT machine operation with direct supervision.
• Perform feeder and machine accessory maintenance when necessary.
• Monitor consumables for SMT lines and setup.
• Work with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality to ensure SMT produces assemblies with utmost quality.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors, report problems, offer solutions within scope, and provide complete, accurate documentation.
• Learn and uphold company standards to maximize customer satisfaction and optimize work efficiency, striving to achieve production targets.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to maximize safety and productivity, offering suggestions for improvement.
• Operate diverse machines related to the manufacturing process.
• Stay up to date on assembly and maintenance instructions, proactively acquiring and maintaining any required certifications.
• Inspect equipment, perform maintenance and repairs, and recommend and follow up on machine adjustments to improve performance.

• High school diploma or GED
• Level 1: 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Level 2: 3-4 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Level 3: 5+ years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to follow safety rules and procedures and use safety equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift or push weights up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility in shift scheduling, including overtime and holiday shifts
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and communicate using basic English
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with teams

Salary Range: $39,000 - $40,000
