*** Employnet is currently seeking a Process Technician for a growing company in Carson City, offering $22.00 - $23.50/PH***

• Equipment Calibration:
  Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Testing Specifications:
  Interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams to determine necessary test specifications and methods.
• System Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose issues in finalized server systems or sub-assemblies and complete necessary component rework.
• Process Maintenance:
  Perform preventative and general maintenance on factory floor production tools.
• Documentation:
  Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing system failures and recommend solutions to engineering teams.
• Production Templates:
  Construct and update shop floor control system production templates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Support the Process Engineering team with JIRA tickets and provide technical training to production line operators.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED equivalent; a College or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience with hardware testing, troubleshooting, or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Physical Abilities:
  Ability to safely stand, walk, bend, and lift or push weights up to 50 pounds on the production floor.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Familiarity with PCBA, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), or IPC inspection standards is beneficial.
