We re looking for aCNC Operator to set up, program, and run CNC and conventional machines in support of our aerospace manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role where quality, attention to detail, and safety are essential to success.
Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Shift Differential:
Available based on business needs
- Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines
- Load and edit machine programs as needed
- Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials
- Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform minor part modifications and finishing work
- Follow production, safety, and quality requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable team player with a safety-first mindset
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
