You will supervise setup, operation and training on T-Blast, Passivation, Tumbling, Prime and Second Operation functions and troubleshoot issues as needed. Emphasizing standard shop practices, you will ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 14001, AMS
2700 and NADCAP while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvements to meet daily
