Nature's Bakery in Carson City, NV, is seeking a shift supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9:30pm–6am) with overtime as needed. You will coordinate the packaging team to ensure food quality, safety, and clean, organized work areas while upholding the production schedule.
Under guidance from a Line or Area Supervisor, you will optimize line efficiencies, communicate with production leaders, train and motivate staff, and ensure packaging standards and equipment readiness.
