In this hands-on role, you'll use tools, fixtures, and equipment to modify, blend, and prepare parts to required specifications while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
Shift: Monday-Friday (Days may fluctuate due to business needs) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
What You'll Do- Blend, polish, and modify metal parts to required specifications
- Set up and use tools, fixtures, and production equipment
- Inspect parts using handheld measuring tools
- Follow production instructions, quality standards, and repair requirements
- Mix and prepare production materials as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or metalworking experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
