Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve daily production goals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment;
Monitor production schedules, staffing, and workflow to maximize efficiency, productivity, and operational performance;
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety standards;
Train employees on production processes, food safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and quality expectations;
Monitor product quality, resolve production issues, minimize downtime, and promote continuous improvement initiatives
