We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to assist the Director in leadership, coordination, and supervision of the operating room unit. This role involves functional responsibility on a day-to-day basis, financial accountability, hiring and discipline in collaboration with the Director, and coordination of charge nurses, nursing staff, and support staff. The Nurse Manager will plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care, practicing within the scope of the Nevada Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications- Registered Nurse with an unrestricted licensure in the State of Nevada
- Five (5) years of experience as an acute care nurse and four (4) years in a progressive leadership role
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Nationally recognized certification related to your specialty
