Join Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation as a Clinical Liaison and help patients transition from the hospital to post-acute care while building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral partners throughout the Carson City area.

- Nevada LPN or RN license preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, post‑acute care, case management, discharge planning, admissions, or healthcare marketing preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Local travel required
