Job Summary

We’re looking for a QA Lab Technician/Data Administrator to support quality and compliance activities in our aerospace manufacturing environment. The role plays a key part in ensuring technical documentation is accurate, controlled, and available to support production while maintaining compliance with customer, company and regulatory requirements.

Shift

First Shift (Monday–Friday): typical schedule 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Some flexibility may be available to accommodate individual scheduling needs while supporting business requirements.

Sign‑On Bonus

$500 sign‑on bonus.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a documentation‑intensive environment. Success in this role requires the ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities and ensure critical technical documentation remains compliant, controlled and audit ready.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience maintaining records, documentation, databases or administrative systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with quality, engineering and operations teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in document control, records management, technical data administration or office administration
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or regulated business processes
  • Background in manufacturing, aerospace, quality assurance, engineering, legal, healthcare, government or other documentation‑driven environments
  • Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, FAA or other regulated quality management systems
  • Experience working with engineering teams and senior leadership
Hours & Compensation

This position may require work hours outside the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Overtime will be paid to non‑exempt employees in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity and market conditions.
