Quality Engineer

Dizario Search is partnered with a privately held manufacturing company in Northern Nevada and they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their growing team. The company has been in business for over 35 years and has a strong history of stability and employee retention, with no layoffs in its history.

This is a highly technical manufacturing environment supporting products used in the aerospace and defense industries. The Quality Engineer will report to the Senior Quality Manager and focus on maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement, developing quality processes, and designing methods for process control.

• Support quality problem-solving, continuous improvement, and corrective action activities by identifying root causes, analyzing quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and helping develop solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits by preparing documentation, supporting audit activities, addressing findings, and helping ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements
• Maintain familiarity with applicable quality management standards, including AS9100 and ISO requirements.
• Follow all applicable safety and company procedures

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience within the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Working knowledge of the AS9100, ISO 9000, and ISO 14001 requirements
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing industries is a plus
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements
