Job Description
Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They are responsible for keeping an adequate number of carts near the entrance. The role interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. Because the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to greet customers as they enter or leave the store, strong customer-service skills are essential.
Direct customer interaction is required for some positions.
