WhatYou’ll Do
- Drive sales, connect with customers, and build lasting relationships to hit sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Become a vision expert and offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
- Learn and grow by enhancing your skills with hands‑on training and collaborating with experienced professionals to provide top‑tier service.
- Collaborate and contribute by working closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
- Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
- Foster inclusion and respect by cultivating an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Passion for customer service: enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences, with experience in retail or customer service a plus.
- Sales savvy: thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
- Tech‑savvy & detail‑oriented: comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.

Pay Range: $18.88 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
