16‑20 hours per week – Friday to Sunday availability required

Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26

Pay: $20/hr base pay + up to $2/hr performance bonus (Total: up to $22/hr earning potential)

In this role you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Starlink residential and mobile internet products. You will be the subject‑matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink’s services, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet.

• Engage customers and showcase the latest Starlink services, helping them see how the products enhance their internet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the best Starlink service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using a mobile device.
• Adopt a consistent weekend schedule (primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts).
• Maintain positive relationships with store staff and adapt to local retail store environments while adhering to operational policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
