Grainger is seeking a Field Account Representative (FAR) to manage an average of 85 existing customers, representing roughly a $2 million annual portfolio. The FAR will understand MRO challenges and demonstrate Grainger’s Value Proposition through face-to-face visits across the territory.
The role is primarily outside sales in a B2B setting with a hybrid work arrangement; travel and overnight stays may be required. You will build territory plans, expand contacts, and maintain a robust pipeline.
