Security Officer Armed - Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and/or designated personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas while maintaining an armed presence that may help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious, unusual, and/or unauthorized activity in accordance with site protocols and applicable post orders;
Support emergency and security-related response efforts by following established procedures, assisting with controlled access, and providing clear information during incidents and/or evacuations
