Ridezilla in Carson City is growing fast, and we're looking for skilled, driven, and mechanically minded Service Technicians to join our team. Whether you're an experienced master tech or an entry-level technician eager to learn, this is your chance to work on the machines you love - ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, PWCs, and more.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tires, filters, etc.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
- Complete service and repair work with accuracy and pride
- Work on ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and personal watercraft
- Perform 2-stroke & 4-stroke engine repair, teardown, and rebuild work
- Remove/replace engine, frame, and body components
- Inspect vehicles and identify recommended services
- Create labor and parts estimates
- Operate equipment including the eddy dynamometer
- Conduct test rides and performance tests
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by explaining repairs in an easy-to-understand way
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Previous technician experience preferred - but we WILL consider entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and/or PWCs
- Ability to repair and service 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Strong communication and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with new technology
- Competitive pay: $17-$35/hr based on experience
