Whether you're an experienced master tech or an entry-level technician eager to learn, this is your chance to work on the machines you love - ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, PWCs, and more.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tires, filters, etc.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
• Complete service and repair work with accuracy and pride
• Work on ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and personal watercraft
• Perform 2-stroke & 4-stroke engine repair, teardown, and rebuild work
• Remove/replace engine, frame, and body components
• Inspect vehicles and identify recommended services
• Create labor and parts estimates
• Operate equipment including the eddy dynamometer
• Conduct test rides and performance tests
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by explaining repairs in an easy-to-understand way
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, professional workspace

Requirements

• Previous technician experience preferred - but we WILL consider entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and/or PWCs
• Ability to repair and service 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with new technology
