We are looking for a Install Helper to join our HVAC team! In this role, you will be a helper to install heating and air conditioning systems in residential or commercial establishments.

Past Experience in HVAC or Construction a Plus, however not a requirement - We are willing to train the right one for employee development and internal growth. A team player, and you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! Willing to step up, take initiative is a must!

Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, and vents.
Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License
EPA Certification
Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift over 40 pounds
Use Basic Hand Tools - Drills, Drill Drivers, Saws, Grinders, Tape Measure, ETC.
