Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

About Us Environmental Protection Services (EPS) is a leader in erosion control, stormwater management, and street sweeping services. We support construction projects across Northern Nevada by keeping sites compliant, safe, and environmentally responsible.

Position Overview We are seeking hardworking reliable individuals to join our team as Erosion Control Laborers. This is a hands‑on field‑based role supporting construction sites with installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control measures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a fast‑paced team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain erosion control BMPs (Best Management Practices) including silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, track‑out control.
• Perform general site cleanup and labor duties.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Work alongside crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure job sites remain compliant with environmental regulations.

Requirements

• DL with clean driving history.
• OSHA 10 or 30 construction certification.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
  
  Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Construction or labor experience preferred (but not required).
