Our client is hiring a Social Services Program Specialist 3 to lead and support statewide child abuse prevention and treatment initiatives funded at the federal level. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in program oversight, compliance, and cross‑system collaboration who want their work to directly protect children and strengthen families.

• Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of federally funded child welfare programs
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Coordinate state plans, annual reports, and funding strategies
• Serve as a key resource for technical assistance, policy development, and stakeholder coordination
• Support evidence-based and trauma-informed practices
• Monitor program performance using data-driven outcomes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and policy recommendations for leadership

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years’ professional experience in social services, healthcare, or program administration
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with grant management, federal reporting, or program coordination
• Familiarity with child welfare systems
