• Add new features and capabilities to the Drone Armor CUAS C2 Software product line
• Integrate new CUAS sensors and effectors with the Drone Armor CUAS C2 software
• Diagnose and develop technical solutions related to software issues during testing or deployment
• Develop and code interface messaging software components for system communication
• Support demonstrations of CUAS capabilities that you have helped develop

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience, or 16+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Must have an active Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain one
• Expertise in Java software development and proficiency in developing custom software algorithms
• Experience managing teams of software engineers through complex development efforts

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with Atlassian Products, GIT, Docker, Swing, and React
• Expertise in AI/ML algorithm development and training
• Familiarity with CUAS, Electronic Warfare, Command & Control, or related disciplines
• Experience deploying ML models to edge devices and optimizing inference pipelines
