• Analyze and route outgoing orders based on various logistical factors to optimize delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align routing decisions with operational needs
• Manage routing software updates and maintain daily delivery logs
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improved service and cost reduction
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using delivery data and performance metrics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering; or 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 2-3+ years of experience in Routing, Logistics, or Transportation planning, preferably in Beverage Distribution
• Strong understanding of multi-stop delivery environments and time sensitivity
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with routing platforms and BI tools

• Experience in high-volume consumer goods distribution
• Demonstrated success in using data to inform decisions and implement logistics solutions
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a track record of driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Flexibility and openness to constructive feedback for continuous improvement
