Position Overview
Driver/Operator – Carson City, Nevada. Join our elite team to ensure safe, comfortable transportation for passengers with high professionalism and customer service.
Compensation & Benefits- CBA Position
: $20.60 – $24.72 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay scale). Starting at $20.60 with progression to $24.72 over 6 years. Non‑CDL drivers follow the scale $1.00 lower. - Benefits:
Vacation up to 14 days per year;
Paid Sick Leave 8 hrs monthly full‑time or 5 hrs monthly part‑time;

- OR Non‑CBA Position
:
Competitive compensation minimum $20.60 per hour – maximum $24.72 per hour. Non‑CDL drivers $1.00 lower. - Benefits:
Vacation minimum two weeks;
Sick days 2 days;
Holidays 12 days (8 standard, 4 floating);
Other standard benefits: 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability.
- Safety‑Focused Operations:
Execute flawless operations by following routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations. - Passenger Care:
Provide exceptional care and assistance, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. - Vehicle Vigilance:
Champion vehicle safety through pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, keeping vehicle clean and equipment ready. - Adherence to Protocols:
Uphold company policies including seat belt enforcement, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. - Other duties as required.
- 21 years or older.
- Valid CDL Class C or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits Schedule I drugs including cannabis.
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity; entire job performed outdoors, alone, in remote locations.
- Sit extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); walk long distances on possible sloped or uneven ground.
- Push/pull objects up to 75 pounds; lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch.
- Tolerate heavy traffic, dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
