Shipping Clerk

Bruce Aerospace is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. In this role, you'll manage incoming and outgoing shipments, operate forklifts and material handling equipment, prepare and coordinate freight pickups, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using an ERP system. You'll collaborate closely with production, quality, carriers, and suppliers to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of shipping/receiving experience, strong communication skills, comfort working with LTL/TL and carrier portals, and the flexibility to work extended hours when customer demand requires.

A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and proficiency with computer-based shipping systems are required.
