Position Overview

We are looking for CDL Drivers to deliver materials safely, efficiently, and with pride. Enjoy local routes, daily home time, competitive pay, and a supportive culture built on safety and respect.

Requirements include operating a piggyback (TMFL Forklift) and possessing a valid CDL license (Class

A).

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operation:
    Safely operate company vehicles, including up to 26’ trucks, in compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Deliver materials to customer project sites on time, providing excellent customer service.
  • Unload materials at delivery locations and verify deliveries against packing slips.
  • Represent the company positively and handle deliveries professionally and courteously.
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements; maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Use proper lifting techniques and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothing.
  • Attend and participate in all required company meetings and training programs.
  • Perform frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation; occasionally lift and/or move 80 lbs. and climb ladders carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Pushing and pulling carts loaded over various distances and surfaces; some functions may be performed as a team.

  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Minimum 1-year consistent commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other company vehicles; basic understanding of building materials.
  • Works well in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Reports to:

Branch Manager.

Base Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour (full-time). Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
