Accounting Ops Lead: GAAP, Closings & Cash Flow

Responsibilities

• Supports the Operations department and Accounting Manager to ensure smooth processing, to complete payments and billing activities related to logistics operations.
• Ensures all general ledger accounting functions as well as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing responsibilities are completed timely for all accounting teams through collaboration and communicating the deadlines.
• Assists with the confirmation of sales revenue, manages accounting department schedule such as closing, auditing, meetings, and so on; follows USA GAAP and operational compliance requirements as necessary.
• Supports Accounting Manager on special projects and workflow.
• Manages and reports cash flow, bank transactions, and cash disbursement to management; performs audit correspondence.
• Ensures timely completion of all general ledger accounting functions, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, by coordinating closely with accounting teams and effectively communicating deadlines.
