Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. Your job is to assist our accounting department by handling financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks.
Responsibilities- Collection and accounts receivable
- Accurately enter financial data into internal databases and maintain records.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Support administrative duties related to accounting and ensure compliance with policies.
- Contribute to resolving financial discrepancies and improving efficiency in operations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
- Effective time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
- A detail-oriented approach and resourcefulness in handling challenges.
