About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support our team in implementing education and community engagement programs in the creative arts field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
– Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
– Knowledge of Google Forms, Spreadsheets, etc.
– Outgoing, friendly, tech-savvy, and hardworking
– Self-thinker and ability to think outside the box
– Reliable transportation to locations throughout Los Angeles (South LA, Van Nuys, Carson, Lawndale, Sylmar, and Downey)
– Reliable tech (cellphone, laptop/computer, and internet access)
– Available on a part-time basis
– Available start date:
August 8, 2024 – August 1, 2025
– Great communication skills

Responsibilities
– Construct and reply to emails
– Answer phone calls
– Calendar scheduling
– Note-taking during meetings
– Coordinate meetings
– Maintain scripts, schedules, master lists, and all other related documents for residencies

Benefits
– Pay: $27.00 per hour
– Flexible hours (up to 18 hours a week)
