The Department works closely with the City Council, City Manager, executive leadership team, and all City departments to help advance City priorities, solve complex challenges, and deliver high-quality services to the community. The office is often responsible for leading special projects, developing new initiatives, coordinating across departments, and helping shape the future direction of the City.

The City Manager's Office takes great pride in professionalism, innovation, collaboration, public service, and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and analytical rigor. Staff are expected to reflect those standards in all aspects of their work.
