Warehouse manager

Aventura-X is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer electric mobility brand selling retro-style electric mopeds across the United States.

We are seeking a hands-on Operations & Assembly Lead to manage daily warehouse operations in Carson, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a growing environment.

• This position begins as a 1099 contractor role
  , with the opportunity to grow into a long-term operational leadership position
• Guaranteed minimum of 25 hours weekly
• 2-week performance review period
• This role involves independently managing daily warehouse operations and taking ownership of the workspace
• Hours vary depending on shipment and production volume

• Electric scooter assembly
• Detailed quality control inspections
• Inventory management and warehouse organization
• Occasional automatic forklift operation (not a primary responsibility)
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and structure
• Weekly inventory reporting
  
  Process documentation and workflow improvement
• Capturing basic warehouse content (assembly clips, product videos)

• Mechanical experience (motorcycle, scooter, automotive, bicycle preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Basic familiarity with Instagram/Reels is a plus
• $30 per hour
• Guaranteed minimum of 25 hours weekly
• Paid sick leave
