Estimated base salary range: $91,500 to $115,000 per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

Reporting to the Arktura National Sales Director, the AS Estimating Manager provides leadership and management to all estimating roles including managing daily project intake and output for the estimating team, creating and maintaining department standards of practice, and coordinating quoting activities with various internal groups (design/engineering, project management, and manufacturing operations). This position will be based at the Lancaster, PA site but will work in support of the Arktura business to deliver accurate and high‑quality bids that ensure the company's profitable growth.

What You’ll Do Resource Management
  • Maintain internal databases designating standard/modified products with associated costs.
  • Review inter‑departmentally and provide guidance to Estimates Team.
  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain accurate SKUs, BOMs and sub‑assemblies.
  • Maintain, review, and coordinate costs/resources associated with project engineering levels and report those back to the National Sales Director.
  • Maintain CRM compatibility and process with current project portfolio.
  • Review net price and costs on zero‑dollar invoices.
  • Report to Finance and Production for re‑work & quality evaluation.
  • Review purchase orders and manage price increases to uphold acceptable margins.
  • Coordinate with Production and Procurement; report back to the National Sales Director.
  • Maintain, create, and track discount/promotion rates, report to the National Sales Director.
  • Register and maintain SOPs for national discounts on distributor accounts.
  • Maintain project status report for subcontractors, coordinate with Account Management & Design/Engineering Departments and report to National Sales Director.
  • Create forecasts & plans based on sales forecast, historical usage, and product trends.
  • Create and maintain Estimates pricing guide including SKU organization.
  • Create and maintain “canned responses” for consistent external communications.
Project Intake
  • Coordinate requests for quotes (RFQ) and other customer service requests from various platforms.
  • Create projects, leads, opportunities in CRM from RFQs.
  • Create and maintain project folder on company server by capturing essential project details and records of various formats.
