Why this role matters

Our Onsite Talent Operations Coordinator ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time—safely, compliantly, and productively. Stationed at the client’s facility, you’ll serve as the day-to-day liaison among employees, the agency, and the client while maintaining personnel records and evaluations and supporting adherence to all applicable regulations. You’ll operate with minimal supervision and provide nominal oversight to subordinate team members while delivering high-touch customer service.

responsibilities
  • Workforce planning & deployment
    • Balance the employee pool based on client needs by placing orders, reassigning talent, and ending assignments when appropriate.
    • Coordinate with client supervisors and management to plan productivity-improving activities across production sites.
    • Meet with client personnel to resolve grievances, improve performance, and forecast staffing requirements.
  • Training, testing & onboarding
    • Plan and deliver orientations and training for new employees and temporary associates, reinforcing company policies and procedures.
    • Organize and conduct on-site skills/equipment-operator tests for current and prospective employees.
  • HR administration & records
    • Oversee personnel records and evaluations; document corrective actions, track training attendance, and record activity notes in agency systems.
    • Complete the building-required “Daily Reconcile” and communicate discrepancies to the agency for correction.
    • Review PTO requests, recommend approval, and submit to On-Premise Clerical.
    • Recommend advancement, promotions, or status changes for temporary employees.
  • Employee relations & compliance
    • Investigate employee complaints, prepare agency reports, and implement corrective/disciplinary actions as needed.
    • Support adherence to all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements; follow the chain of command and model a positive, safety-minded attitude.
  • Safety, incident management & security
    • Partner with the safety team to elevate safety and security for temporary workers.
    • Complete work-related injury reports and promptly notify both the client and the agency.
  • Payroll & timekeeping
    • Gather payroll reports and submit them to the client for timely approval.
    • Review weekly payroll to ensure legal compliance (e.g., meal penalties) is correctly applied.
  • Client service
    • Respond quickly and thoroughly to inquiries; assist clients with service and operational matters.
  • Other duties
    • Take on additional tasks as assigned, including ad hoc duties without prior notice as business needs shift.
Work setup
  • Schedule: 3:30PM
    -12:30AM Monday through Friday, with OT and weekends as needed.
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 DOE
  • Environment: Client production site; minimal supervision with nominal oversight of subordinate employees.
