Office Administrator/ Coordinator
This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and assisting with executing the Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store. Collects, edits, and oversees textbook orders to ensure accurate and timely availability of textbooks and digital resources. Collaborates with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team. Interfaces regularly with faculty for ongoing training of Follett ACCESS requirements and timely collection of adoptions.
Works with store management to reach out to publishers to handle issues related to adoptions and selection. Ensures all course materials are available and ready for students on the targeted date and executes a hassle‑free customer experience. Ensures that billing and collection for the Follett ACCESS accounts are managed accordingly. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works with little supervision and utilizes independent judgment to execute company programs and initiatives effectively.

Requirements- Associate's Degree or equivalent.
- Bookstore operations experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey concepts and solve problems.
- Proficient organizational skills and problem‑solving ability.

$12.00 - $24.33 / hour
Pay TransparencyThe annual salary/hourly rate range has been established based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. The exact starting salary/hourly rate within the range will depend on the role and the local market. This position may be eligible to participate in one of the Company’s incentive plans. The amount of any incentive payment varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
