Job Description
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Support Representative to work on‑site at our Carson headquarters within our Customer Relations division. In this fast‑paced, customer‑focused role you will serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely, accurate and professional support across multiple channels.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering above‑and‑beyond service experiences. Responsibilities include processing written and telephone orders, assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving order‑related issues and ensuring accurate data entry to support a seamless customer journey.
A day on the job looks like this:- Entering and processing return orders, replacement orders and credits in SAP accurately and in a timely manner
- Reviewing information for accuracy and ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Responding to customer emails with general questions about orders, returns, credits and other inquiries
- Providing clear, helpful and professional responses to customers
- High school diploma
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm with strong accuracy
- Professional phone presence and excellent customer communication skills
- Experience handling high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment preferred
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and learn new systems quickly
- Availability to work full‑time between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, PT, or flexible scheduling within those hours
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically hired at an hourly rate between $18.05 and $22.00 depending on relevant experience and skillset.
