Our client, a leading organization in Carson, CA, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative. Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

Location:

Carson, CA

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Work with less complex accounts and assume responsibility for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocation
• Support administrative tasks and maintain organized records
• Utilize company software to document customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

What's Needed?

• Basic clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures
• Customer service or office experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Minimum of 2+ years of CSR experience required (in manufacturing environment is a plus)
• Previous experience processing orders, Word and Excel
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
