Our client is a well-established aerospace manufacturing operation known for delivering precision components that meet strict industry and customer requirements. • Drive quality planning and execution within an AS9100 aerospace manufacturing
• Lead root cause and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) on sustainable solutions
• Support MRB activities, disposition of nonconformances and rework/repair collaboration
• Analyze scrap, rework, and defect trends; develop dashboards and corrective actions
• Support First Article readiness and ongoing production quality (process control, inspections, documentation)
• Develop and improve procedures, control plans, and work instructions
• Support audits (internal, customer, registrar) and ensure ongoing compliance
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on corrective actions and quality improvements

• * Are you authorized to work on projects subject to U.S. export control regulations (e.g., ITAR), which may require U.S. person status?
• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience in aerospace manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems (AS9102 a plus)
• Proven experience leading corrective actions and improving process capability
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications
• Strong communication skills across shop floor, engineering, and leadership
• Comfortable using Excel and systems tools for tracking and reporting

• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and metrology
