Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a 6-month contract in Carson, CA 90746 (Onsite). Looking for an electronics engineering professional with hands‑on experience in PCB design, circuit design, and testing of simple to moderately complex boards. Familiar with the complete development cycle, including schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, and validation.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $60/hour; negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Type: W2 Only, No C2C Candidate
Education/Technical Requirements- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in aerospace or electrical engineering design.
- Possess foundational knowledge in power electronics, along with exposure to analog and digital circuit design.
- Experience in working with industry-standard tools for PCB development and debugging, with a focus on ensuring design reliability and performance.
- Actively seeking opportunities to contribute to complex PCB and hardware design projects, while continuing to build expertise in mixed‑signal systems, power electronics, and full product lifecycle development.
