- Create and maintain routers, Item Masters, BOMs, and routings in ERP/MRP systems, supporting supply chain and production planning.
- Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and gauges; collaborate with machinists to reduce setup times and improve repeatability.
- Provide daily technical support on the shop floor, troubleshoot issues, disposition rework, and initiate process improvements.

- Mentor machinists, operators, and junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, with significant aerospace/defense background.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and special processes (heat treat, coatings, NDT, welding, composites).
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools (Solid Works, Mastercam, CATIA, NX).
- Hands‑on ERP/MRP experience with router design and supply chain integration.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools (CMM, SPC, gage R&R).
- Demonstrated success applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
