Arrow Electronics seeks a Senior Hardware Engineer to design, evaluate, and optimize electronic hardware solutions for industrial and commercial customers. In this role, you will lead circuit and PCB design reviews, perform testing, validation, and failure analysis, and guide customers on component selection and architecture tradeoffs. You will collaborate with global engineering, sales, and supplier teams, contribute to reference designs and proofs of concept, and mentor junior engineers in a performance-driven, innovative environment.
