Position: Treasury Analyst          at Ledgent Finance & Accounting        in        Carson,        California

Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst supports daily cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, reconciliations, and treasury reporting. This role partners closely with finance, accounting, and banking teams to manage cash flow, maintain strong financial controls, and support process improvements. This is an onsite position, M-F.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across bank accounts.
  • Process ACH payments, wire transfers, deposits, and intercompany transactions.
  • Perform treasury and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Prepare cash forecasts, treasury reports, and variance analyses.
  • Support working capital investments and cash management activities.
  • Administer bank accounts, treasury documentation, and banking relationships.
  • Help develop, document, and improve treasury processes and controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support efficient treasury operations and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong treasury management experience required.
  • Retail industry experience required.
  • Strong reconciliation experience required.
  • Proven ability to build, document, and improve financial processes.
  • Experience with cash management, banking operations, liquidity forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency with treasury systems, banking platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work closely with team members and stakeholders while operating effectively in an individual contributor role.
