Human Resources Manager 3

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 for Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in West Carson, CA. This role provides HR leadership in a unionized healthcare environment, supporting employee relations, investigations, compliance, and manager coaching.

The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex HR matters, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance with government contract requirements.

• You’ll contribute to HR operations that directly impact employee experience, from onboarding to records management
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering support on a wide range of HR-related questions
• Work with accuracy and attention to detail in managing data, systems, and compliance documentation
• You’ll help streamline and improve processes that support talent, mobility, and leave administration
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and enhance team effectiveness
