Our client is seeking a bilingual Business Systems & Digital Transformation Manager to lead business system improvements, client system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
This is a highly cross-functional role that bridges operations and technology. Rather than software development, the focus is on gathering business requirements, improving workflows, managing vendors, supporting EDI/API implementations, and leading digital process improvements across the organization
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands both logistics operations and business systems

- rs Manage custom application enhancements, system integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UA

Coordinate EDI/API implementation projects with customers and internal stakeholde - rs Support WMS, forwarding systems, ERP, and other logistics platfor
- ms Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows through RPA and digital too
