Senior Supply Chain Manager

This Senior Supply Chain Manager will lead a procurement organization, drive supplier performance, and mentor a team within a complex aerospace electronics manufacturing environment.

• Own procurement strategy and execution for a highly technical aerospace electronics manufacturing site
• Lead a team of buyers and supervisors while serving as a key member of the site leadership team
• Focus heavily on electronic component sourcing, supplier development, cost management, and team leadership
• Make significant impact at one of the company's most complex and strategically important facilities

• Experience managing procurement organizations in manufacturing environments
• Background sourcing electronic components (transistors, capacitors, resistors, diodes, etc.) and supporting complex BOMs
• Proven success leading and developing buyer teams
• Hands‑on leadership style and willingness to dive into operational challenges
