Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a PUD (Pickup and Delivery) Operations to provide operational support for vendor management and daily shipping activities. This role will focus on U.S.

-based operations and vendor relationships, ensuring high service quality and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate daily operations with domestic logistics vendors, including pickup scheduling, shipment tracking, and service quality monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams to find timely solutions.
• Prepare operational performance reports and assist with vendor KPI reviews.
• Support operation planning through data collection and analysis.
• Maintain operational documentation and update internal systems with vendor information.

• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, shipping, or supply chain management.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and logistics or shipping platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
