2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11pm) We are looking for a back‑up supervisor. Here, we craft excellence together. Your mission? Making the journey the most enjoyable part of the trip. Join our first‑class team to reinvent in‑flight experience. In the role of Line Coordinator you'll play a pivotal part on our production team. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming product shipments.

Duties include, but are not limited to, inspecting and cross‑referencing all incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments until outgoing order requests. Responsible for managing inventory and notifying appropriate parties if stock levels are low or not enough is available for fulfillment of shipping order. This position involves working with aircraft parts and is subject to FAA 145 regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for proper accounting the location of incoming goods
  • Assure damaged items are not sent or received
  • Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure products in each delivery match the packing list
  • Update the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
  • Package products for return to vendors and fill out any paperwork necessary
  • Organize and maintain inventory; inspect products for damage and defects
  • Examine incoming shipments
  • Support the organization of the warehouse space, receiving, and unloading incoming inventory items
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying
  • Communicate with the Leadership team regarding business needs to secure resources needed to satisfy client demands and ensure delivery and/or implementation
  • Ensure warehouse area is clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment
  • Must be able to perform as a backup supervisor
Qualifications
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift 2:30pm - 11pm
  • High School diploma / Associates degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent communication in English language
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic
  • Knowledge of work order generation and stockroom kit pull operations
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, inventory control, purchasing, stockroom operations and shipping/receiving
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO
    9001:2008
